I agree that many factors including the rise of fintech, the increasing smarphone adoption and the lockdowns that have forced people to stay home, are providing the right context for more financial inclusion in Latam. However, I believe that for the gap to close , governments must work hard to increase legal and formal work, and educate the population to increase trust in financial institutions.
